When will my order arrive?

We ship on the same day of receiving payment (before 1pm). Within the EU we ship via DPD tracked, this should take a maximum of 6 working days. Outside of the EU we ship via POSTNLTRACKED, this can take up to 9 working days.

We ship from The Netherlands

Can I have a discount code?

We don’t generally hand out discounts at random, however when you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a one-time use coupon code for 15%! Other than that, you can keep up to date on our sales by checking the banner at the top of our home page or by reading the newsletter for exclusive offers.

I have paid but I haven’t received a shipping notification.

First of all, please check your spam folder. Still not there? It is likely that your email provider is blocking traffic directly from the website- you will need to contact your email provider in regards to this. In the meantime, email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the status of your order.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

All of our packages are tracked and insured. If your order is lost or seized then there is a waiting period before we can authorise a reship which gives us the opportunity to work with the carrier to get your package released. Please notify us if you notice anything strange happening with your tracking information. Reship waiting period:

-EU: 14 working days

-Outside EU: 21 working days

Do you supply wholesale?

Yes! However, this does not apply to all of the products we sell. For our wholesale pricelist please send in an inquiry to [email protected].

I’m trying to pay with crypto but the address won’t generate.

Please disable ad/script blocker or add our website to your white-list exceptions and try again.

I am trying to pay with crypto but I accidentally closed the browser window.

Unfortunately, once you close the payment page, we cannot re-generate payment information. You will have to place a new order and pay immediately.
