Returns Eligibility:

You may return products purchased from Cerebra under the following conditions:

  1. Unopened Packages: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.
  2. Within 14 Days: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Cerebra is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns.

Shipping

After your order has been initiated, our system will automatically send updates to the email address you provided. These emails contain tracking information that will keep you informed about the progress of your order, from processing to shipment and estimated arrival time.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment, and a confirmation email with tracking number will be automatically sent to you by our systems.

Please note that our primary shipping partner is Post.nl, and while shipping within the Netherlands typically takes one or two days, orders destined for other parts of Europe may require up to five (working) days for delivery.
