We ship on the same day of receiving payment (before 1pm). Within the EU we ship via DPD tracked, this should take a maximum of 6 working days. Outside of the EU we ship via POSTNLTRACKED, this can take up to 9 working days.

We ship from The Netherlands

We don’t generally hand out discounts at random, however when you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a one-time use coupon code for 15%! Other than that, you can keep up to date on our sales by checking the banner at the top of our home page or by reading the newsletter for exclusive offers.

First of all, please check your spam folder. Still not there? It is likely that your email provider is blocking traffic directly from the website- you will need to contact your email provider in regards to this. In the meantime, email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the status of your order.

AIRMAIL: uninsured, therefore no reships are offered with this method.

Once the package has left our doors, we have no control over it. Airmail is just your address and stamps. However, if it’s not with you after the allotted amount of time, then please let us know by contacting us via e-mail or chat.

DPD/DHL: insured, eligible for a lost claim and reship.

If there is something seemingly unusual about your tracking or it’s not with you within 10 working days then let us know, we will need to open a claim for you, to do this we need to inform DPD of the contents of the package (we need your approval to do this), once we have your approval, we then have 2 weeks to get this moving, if we can’t get it moving in this time then we will reship to an alternative address.

POSTNLTRACKED: uninsured, 50% reship/store credit

This is an uninsured shipping option however, if it is not with you after 35 working days, we will reship 50% to an alternative address (once), or we will give you 50% refund in store credit.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All orders are final. Please be patient whilst your package is in transit. To our deepest regret, we cannot influence postal services operations.
