We ship every working day except weekends and holidays. Same day dispatch if ordered and payment is received before 12.30pm Central European time. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands by Post NL or UPS. We ship worldwide with the standard exception of the UK, USA & Austria.
Shipment Dutch orders:
Dutch orders are shipped by Post.NL and delivered within one working day. Keep track of your order with the custom made Track & Trace number. The tracking number will be provided automatically via email after order placement.
Shipment International orders:
We are offering AIRMAIL worldwide by Post.NL. This is an untracked service. No insurance is provided, and therefore we do not offer a re-ship or a refund. Orders originate from EU will take 2-4 working days delivery time. Orders outside the EU will take at least 7 working days delivery time. Alternatively, you can pay for a trackable service. Delivery time will be the same. Airmail by Post NL is a popular postage service for USA countries.
All international packaging automatically go via UPS. Fully tracked service and all countries in the EU are covered. Packaging insurance is possible via UPS for an additional fee. The insurance is only available for EU countries. We recommend UPS for our European customers. UPS is the fastest delivery service with a delivery time of 1-2 working days on average.
As costumer, please check the legality of the product in your country and customs rules before ordering. We are not responsible for any kind of consequences that are a result of purchasing one of our products. We do not offer a re-ship or a refund.
