Recommended dosages of Rhodiola Rosea can vary according to the condition being treated. Dosages as low as 50 mg/day are advised as a preventative measure for fatigue while higher doses between 250 – 650 mg/day are advised for symptoms of acute exhaustion and stress.

Effect duration: up to 6 hours

While some biohackers feel its effects within a few days, other individuals may require as much as three weeks – it might, therefore, take some time before you experience the benefits of supplementing with Rhodiola Rosea. Have patience. More doesn’t always mean better: no additional benefit seems to come from supplementing with more than 1000 mg of Rhodiola Rosea daily.

If you are at all sensitive to stimulants/outside substances, tread very lightly. I took about 1/3 of a capsule one morning and was flying like crazy for the rest of the day with euphoria, hyperfocus, etc... actually made for a very productive day at work

I have definitely noticed a difference in my mental status taking this natural supplement. I have now used it regularly for over a year!
