Return Process

Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only possible when the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Cerebra is not liable for lost or damaged items during the return process.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
